Mr Sinister
Sinister is a big villain that popped up on the late 80's and 90's, and has been a major player in the books since, and is ALWAYS doing something. Cliff Notes: A British scientist, Nathaniel Essex, from Charles Darwin age of the 1860's, discovered mutants, experimented on them, and grafted powers from them, onto himself. This is a R1 6 star sig 60 Sinister vs a dual R3 7 star Bullseye and you can see how easy the fight is. Sinister regens crits even through block. Bullseye always crits, even through block. If my Sinister was sig 200 the fight may have ended after the first sp1 as he would have had higher attack from his Cosmic passive he started with. He created Mr. Sinister as his envoy to the outside world, and that's why Mr. Sinister is so intensely over-the-top evil. When Claremont left the books, a new origin for the character was created where he was a human scientist in the late 1800s obsessed with mutation who is given powers by Apocalypse. I just finished 6.3 today 6.3.6 cap sucks but nowhere near as much as 6.2.2 Mr. Sinister so at least you have that to look forward to, if you can find a way to get yourself through this hell hole of quest, it’s “relatively” smooth sailing until 6.3.6. Mr. Sinister once tricked the Evolutionary into depowering every mutant on Earth, then locked him in his armor to play God with the remainder's DNA. Just saying. As far as genetics goes, Sinister's understanding of mutant genetics is superior, Wyngarde's more of a generalist who can get up to cosmic shenanigans that Sinister hasn't.
Mr. Sinister also has telekinetic powers that he uses to hold Cyclops binded and kneeling. Tosses Cyclops away. Launches shards of ice back at the x-men. Catches Malice/Polaris in mid-air. Snaps a meta-human's neck. Energy Blasts: Mr. Sinister can fire blasts from his hands, eyes, or the red diamond on his forehead. They can supposedly match ... Mr. Sinister is my favorite X-Men character and the Hellions series is one of my favorites. The Hellions series is basically Krakoa's Suicide Squad lead by a hilariously self-serving drag queen who is as obsessed with reading his fellow Krakoans to filth as he is with genetics.
