The Nicolett is a new fine dining restaurant opening in downtown Lubbock in fall 2020. Named after the first hotel in the area, The Nicolett is inspired by the history of the region, paying homage to West Texas culture and celebrating the revitalization of the area. We are proud to be one of Bon Appetit's 50 Best New Restaurants in America for 2022. The Nicolett is located at 511 Broadway St. in downtown Lubbock.
