I have several Dell 6400's (both Latitude and Precision) that have a driver problem with the Broadcom USH device. The OS is Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated. Then when I go and update the driver it says the best driver is already installed. The Broadcom ush has a caution symbol under the control vault device. I installed the control vault manager, the control vault driver. It still didn't change the status. Then I uninstalled the USH and the "unknown device" using device manager. kubow, this is an old thread, but I believe I've found your answer. At least for Windows 7 Pro 32-bit/64-bit drivers for the Broadcom USH. You need the DDPA_A03_R308497.exe (32-bit) and R308498.exe (64-bit). It is the ControlPoint - Security Device Driver Pack
