ReSource Pro is a leading provider of outsourced business process management and consulting / advisory services to U.S. based insurance brokers, managing general agents, carriers, and third-party administrators. Mike joined Kelso in 2016 and leads the firm’s capital markets activities, including acquisition financing for new investments and capital structure optimization for existing portfolio companies. He is also responsible for the execution of all debt and equity co-investments, working in close coordination with the Investor Relations team.
